There is no age limit. Often, young children respond quite well to moxa alone or with a very minimal use of needles. There are also special paediatric acupuncture devices which merely tap the skin surface and are quite painless.

The first session and treatment costs €160 and subsequent treatments (one hour) are €120 euro. Most insurance plans recognise acupuncture as a covered benefit, but each policy holder should check with his or her representative or guidebook. Unless prior arrangements have been made, all visits are payable on the day of treatment.
